Global Connect Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for joining Global Connect.

Because Global Connect provides immediate access to digital services, community features, chatrooms, forums, messaging, and premium membership benefits upon activation, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

No Refunds

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed and access has been granted, refunds will not be provided for partial membership periods, unused time, inactivity, failure to use the service, change of mind, or account cancellation after payment.

Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, members are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the trial period. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid future charges.

Subscription Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Upon cancellation, members will continue to have access through the end of their current paid billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing period.

Exceptions

Global Connect may review refund requests in limited circumstances, including duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions verified by investigation, or situations required by applicable law. Any approved refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Global Connect.

Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, no refund will be provided.
